My Story
I’m a wife, mother, creator, and lifelong learner who believes that strong homes are built one choice at a time.
Like many people, I’ve spent years learning through both successes and mistakes. Along the way, I’ve discovered that preparedness isn’t just about emergency supplies, communication isn’t just about conversations, and intentional living isn’t about perfection. They are all part of building a stable foundation for the people and relationships we care about the most.
My interest in families and relationships extends beyond personal experience. I have an academic background in Marriage and Family Studies with areas of focus on Family Theory and Research, Human Services, Parent and Family Education, and Marriage and Family Functions. This academic foundation continues to shape the way I think about relationships, family systems, communication, and personal growth.
While I am not here to replace professional counseling or tell you how to live your life, I hope to offer practical tools, thoughtful perspectives, and encouragement to help you build a stronger foundation for whatever season of life you’re in.
